A little extra time goes a long way
If you need your order for a trip, birthday, holiday, or special event, please place it a minimum of four weeks before the date needed. This allows time for the weekly cutoff, two weeks of production, travel to Rebel House, processing, and tracked shipping to you.

How the process works
The Weekly Cutoff
Orders placed before Sunday at 6 PM MT join that evening’s production lineup. Orders placed after the cutoff move into the following Sunday’s batch.
Two Weeks in Production
Once the weekly batch is submitted, your made-to-order pieces spend approximately two weeks in production. This manufacturing time does not include travel to Rebel House, processing, or delivery to your home.
Travel to Rebel House
After production is complete, the finished batch generally takes a few days to reach Rebel House.
Checked, Packed & Shipped
Once the batch arrives, please allow approximately one to two business days for us to inspect, organize, pack, and prepare all orders for carrier collection.
Tracked Delivery
Once your shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow a few business days for your package to be packed and collected by the carrier. Tracking will begin updating after the carrier scans your package.
