Process

Behind your next favourite

A little fabric.
A whole lot of magic.

Every print starts somewhere. For our clothing, it starts with plain white fabric, then comes to life as the pieces you choose.

Current turnaround

Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for production on new made-to-order purchases.

The stages below explain our usual process. Already ordered? Please refer to your latest batch update for your order’s timing.

Here is how it happens

From your order
to their wardrobe.

Production timing covers the making of your pieces. Your order first waits for its Sunday batch. After production, allow time for the batch to reach Rebel House, packing, and delivery to your address.

Wait for your Sunday batch

Weekly cutoff: Sunday at 6 PM MT

Orders placed before the cutoff join that evening’s batch. Orders placed at or after it join the following Sunday. Depending on when you order, the wait for batch submission can be nearly a week.

Printing & garment production

Standard timing: around two weeks after batch submission. Current timing is shown above.

Your fabric is printed and sewn into the finished pieces. This estimate starts after your batch is submitted, not on the day you place your order. Larger batches and holiday closures can extend production time.

The batch travels to Rebel House

Additional transit time: generally a few business days

Once production is finished, the batch must reach us before we can pack your order. Departure clearance, inbound courier delays, holidays, and customs can extend this stage.

We check, pack & dispatch

On arrival day, when the order is complete

We inspect and pack orders the day the shipment arrives. Complete orders ship that day whenever carrier collection allows. If collection is unavailable, carrier handoff follows when it is available.

Your parcel travels to you

Delivery time starts after carrier handoff

This final shipping stage is additional to production and transit to Rebel House. Delivery time varies by destination and shipping service. A shipping-label email does not mean the carrier already has your parcel.

Leave a little room along the way.

Your total wait includes every stage above. Larger batches, holidays, inbound courier delays, and customs can add time, and small delays at different stages can add up. These are planning estimates, not a guaranteed shipping or arrival date. Please leave extra room for a trip, birthday, or special event.

When will tracking update?

Your tracking email is sent when the label is created, which can be before carrier collection. Tracking begins updating after the carrier scans your parcel.

For U.S. orders sent through Canada Post, once your package enters the United States and is scanned into the USPS network, you can use the same tracking number on the USPS website for local tracking updates and any available delivery estimate. Orders sent through UPS should continue to be tracked with UPS.

What about ready-to-ship pieces?

These are already in hand and ready to ship, so they skip production. Check the product description for its dispatch timeline and allow time for delivery.
