Changes, Cancellations & Timing
Once checkout is complete, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded. This includes requests to cancel because production or shipping timing no longer works for a trip, event, holiday, birthday, or other deadline.

Please confirm that the current production and shipping estimate gives you enough time before placing your order. Production estimates do not include carrier transit time, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. If an error was made during production or fulfilment, our team will get it sorted.
