Returns:
- You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be new, unused, with tags and original packaging.
- Returns will be issued as store credit and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Return Process:

to get your Return Authorization Number (RMA).
- Wait for your RMA number
- Package your item with original tags and proof of purchase
- Ship it back using a trackable method
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Damaged or incorrect items? We’ll issue a full refund or replacement.
- All other returns receive store credit.
- Returns are processed within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for store credit to be issued after processing.
Exceptions:
- Custom & made-to-order items are not returnable
- Swimwear is final sale
- Sale items are also final sale
- Items must be unwashed, unaltered, and in new condition
