Returns:
You have seven (7) days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To qualify, items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note, returns for store credit will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Return Process:
To start a return, please email our customer service team at hello@shoprebelhouse.com. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After obtaining the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and ship it back to the address provided, along with the RMA number.
You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. For added security, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds:
Damaged or incorrect items will be issued a refund, or a replacement if requested. Any other returns will receive a store credit. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your return or exchange within seven (7) days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Exceptions:
Please be aware that customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us using the details below to arrange for a refund or exchange.
Swimwear is also not eligible for return or exchange.
Important Notes:
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Items must be in brand new condition, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
